Visiting the website
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical connection information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its processing, international transfers, and retention.
The website code does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts. You do not need a website account to browse the programme or watch recordings.
Recorded talks
Opening a recorded talk loads an embedded YouTube player in privacy-enhanced mode. At that point, your browser connects to YouTube and sends technical information needed to load the player. Playback is subject to Google’s privacy policy. You can also follow the link to watch directly on YouTube.
Contact, forms, and community links
If you email PROZ, your email address and message are processed to handle your enquiry. PROZ’s email service is provided by Infomaniak. Talk proposals use Google Forms; community and social links lead to services such as WhatsApp and Instagram. Information you submit through these services is handled under their respective privacy policies and any notice shown on the form.
Donations
The donation page displays bank-transfer instructions. It does not collect payment details or process a payment. You approve the transfer through your bank; recipient banking records may include the sender’s name, amount, and payment reference.
Privacy requests
You can contact PROZ to ask about personal data held about you or request its correction or deletion. Applicable record-keeping requirements may limit deletion. For data processed independently by an external service, please also consult that provider’s privacy policy and contact options.
